This lakeside midcentury modern property was completely reimagined and expanded to accommodate the growing family of five that call it home.

The existing portion was stripped down to structural elements and improved with new engineered wood flooring, new finishes and fixtures, an augmented kitchen, rejuvenated baths, and an enlarged, resurfaced fireplace that serves as a central gathering space. An addition designed to include a new primary bed and bath suite, additional storage space, and a daylight basement amplified the square footage, value, and livability.
