This 1920’s historic Irvington bungalow is the home of a lovely couple and their collection of worldly furnishings, rugs, art and decor from their importing business.

The project incorporated an existing exterior porch that was insulated and finished as an interior space and extension of their kitchen, two bath remodels — each displaying the personality of each owner — and updates to the lower level studio and storage space.

Our approach was dynamic, thoughtful, and curated as we assembled palettes that complemented their energy, brought a refreshing vitality to each space, and even a hint of nostalgia in the new dining nook that they so sincerely enjoy.
